As a result, operating principles have conformed to Regulation of the Government of the Russian Federation of 23 September 2010 # 731. Moreover, the data from previously loaded files to the Public utility Portal placed by 190 managing authorities and Housing cooperatives has been automated extracted.
The aim of the project is to ensure meeting the requirements of Regulation of the Government of the Russian Federation of 23 September 2010 # 731 "Affirmation of the standard of information disclosure of organizations operating in the field of management of apartment buildings", and automation of the processes of open information disclosure of organizations operating in the field of management of apartment buildings. The main task of the project is the disclosure of pertinent information in in sufficient volumes on the matter of organizations such as: managing authorities (legal entities, regardless of the legal form or individual entrepreneurs), homeowners associations, housing construction cooperatives or other specialized consumer cooperatives (hereinafter – managing authorities), and order establishing, methods of information disclosure with the use of the Internet.
