Solutions maintaining legal value of documents (files) within bilateral cooperation among offices of Vneshprombank Ltd., its branches and affiliates have been developed and implemented.
The customer requested to accomplish the following tasks:
- to ensure the integrity and reliability of the transmitted data;
- to track of inaccurate, changed data during the transmission;
- to except retransmission and processing of the transmitted information;
- to track the status of sending and receiving data.
The system Replicator is the solution of all these tasks, and it has the following features:
- the exchange of documents (files) between network nodes using a protocol operating over protocol HTTPS;
- creation and verification of digital signatures (GOST R 34.10) for data transmission;
- data tracking with incorrect signature and placing files in Quarantine;
- logging of sent and received files;
- monitoring the status of sent and transmitted files;
- event logging;
- sending e-mail notifications for system administrators of current events;
- automatic update of the client software with the release of a new version of the system;
- monitoring the connection status of the client to the server software.
